The Kayano 32's midsole contains a strategically placed PureGEL™ unit under the heel, delivering enhanced shock absorption and soft landings every time. Lightweight FF BLAST™ PLUS cushioning is now stacked 2mm higher in the forefoot, delivering an even more comfortable running experience over long distances. Despite the extra cushioning, the new GEL-KAYANO® 32 shoe is 5 grams lighter for men and 10 grams lighter for women compared to GEL-KAYANO® 31.
