The Nationwide Children's Hospital Columbus Marathon is coming up over the weekend of October 18-19. In anticipation, join us this September 25th for a free run and walk to support the marathon's mission towards Nationwide Children's Hospital and the Mile Champions who will be lining the race course this fall.

WHAT

A free social run and walk from Goodale Park's shelter house. Experience the latest shoes from ASICS, enter our raffle, meet with Kathleen Frein, PT, DPT, a physical therapist from Nationwide Children's to discuss your training, and get inspired by Hannah, one of this year's Mile Champions!

WHEN

• Thursday, August 20 with the Nationwide Children's Hospital Running & Walking Club and ASICS
• Arrive as early as 6pm to try on ASICS demo shoes for your run or walk
• Run & walk begins at 6:45pm
